Our small awards set-up is a out the box simple as it comes, but incredibly effective set-up. In the picture shows the use of the inhouse projector not seen above mounted to the roof and at Theobolds Hall barn in Cheshunt.
The vibrant uplit stage provides a smart break from the venue wall and stands proud as centre of attention for any black tie awards or presentation evening.
The typical package is given as an example below however is completely venue dependant and site visit will be needed to give exact costings.
16′ wide set (colour of felt can be changed at cost) x 10′ high
Screen aperature of 8′ wide 6′ high
4x LED bars uplighting in colours to match brand / set colour
8′ x 8′ stage carpet covered with black facia to front and sides
Lectern on stage
4 speaker PA system with 2x Hand held radio microphones
2x lighting stands with 2 stage lights on for face lighting
1x projector suitable for venue brightness with lens and cables
