Conference and corporate AV Equipment

Conference AV Designed For You

Running a conference in Herts or Essex can be stressful, people management, registration and catering are all important and something you as the organiser should take care of.  Let us take control of the conference AV for you, we can design speaker systems to best reflect your event, supply the right size TV or projector and screen.

A conference sound and AV system can be as simple as a single microphone with desktop projector and speaker hired without an operator, or more complex to include multiple microphones for a panel session.  A presentation operator to monitor and advance the slides as well as a set panels for branding and creating a temporary wall to showcase and draw attention to your event.

I recently hired audio and visual equipment and couldn't have received any more patient support in terms of what I needed. When I collected, Chris explained exactly how to connect everything so when I got it home, it all worked perfectly. A great experience - thank you so much!

Video Equipment

A picture tells a thousand words. When considering video equipment the size and distance for the audience from any screens should be considered.  Your TV at home may look big, but you are sat close to it.  In conference the closest person could be 5m from a screen.

Useful items to consider for Video:

Lighting to consider for Events:

Things to consider for streaming:

  • Using remotely operated cameras or in person camera operators
  • How many cameras and views you want
  • Vision mixing
  • The platform to stream via
  • Blending in presentation and live camera known as PIP

Staging

Staging lifts your presenters above the audience like lighting to give a focal point.  Considerations for stages:

FAQ asked with conference AV hire

I think I know what I need, but not sure can you help?

Sure, we are on hand to help either design a bespoke package for you or can suggest pre packages of equipment we stock to ensure congruence between your event style and equipment choice.

Will the equipment be delivered or do I need to collect?

This entirely depends on what you want to do, for small hires we may advise equipment can fit in a car or small van, others we will quote for a large van delivery and collection

Will I need to be technically minded to run the equipment?

For simple items we can provide instructions, however would generally recommend hiring one of our highly skilled technicians for the event. They can ensure the equipment runs at it’s best and are on hand for any issues such as crashes, freezing and things like microphones squealing or volume adjustment.
