We know how special your event needs to be, you only get one chance to make it visually stunning or sounding the clearest to get your message across.  Hiring the right sound and lighting equipment can be confusing and overwhelming, we're here to help.  We understand that we get both technical people and normal public looking at our catalogue and need to make sure that everybody can understand our hire equipment.  That is why we've split it into sections for you, for a simple one or two piece of equipment to get you through a small event or to add to existing inhouse kit you already have then we have a solution.  If you really don't know what you need then have a look at our packages where we've provided equipment often hired for an event, for example training events, evening dinners, fetes and carnival systems.  Just remember these packages are not set in stone, if you want to add extra speakers because the room is longer, that's fine, or if you are not sure if that would work for you, get in touch and tell us.  We can modify and suggest different sound and lighting hire packages to suit. If your still reading and really don't get all the technical jargon or just want somebody to look after and ensure you get the best performance then that is where we can offer a full production service.  We'll sit down with you and talk through your project, things that are important to you, your expectations, our expectations and plan from the beginning and plan right through until delivery and execution giving you the best of our ability to ensure your audience are delighted. 

CB Sound Hertfordshire Video Light provides all across the south East a 'local service' where we like to be within a 2 hour contact of our customers, this includes London, Kent, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridgeshire to deliver and offer a local service for sound and lighting for hires or production and audio visual.  Also offering national services to Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, and areas in between. To date we've been as far as Brussels to the main EU headquarters for a production, though that isn't local we know! but we do supply AV to home counties, East Anglia and London.

We're not just a powerhouse for providing equipment and services for live events, we also install equipment. Office projectors with speakers are a popular choice for any training or board room where you're giving regular presentations. Background music systems into cafe's bars and shops is a popular choice for lightening the mood and lifting the background silence. With careful planning you can have sound connected to a live music streaming service, allow you to make automated announcements with very little visual impact on the area with many different installation speakers being available to us. We're not tied to a particular manufacture and can give you great value for money and quality far further than just a badge label. Because we install AV systems we're able to maintain the systems, handle repairs onsite fix and modify as your space changes or to meet changing needs. Our services are popular in the public sector for maintaining hearing induction loops for counters, reception desks and board rooms or where assistive needs are required. Acoustic services stretch as far as reducing ambient noise with absorbing panels, making a all concrete board room sound less like your bathroom and more like a quiet office.
