Stansted is a great area featuring the international growing airport and numerous hotels where we provide AV and event services. If you are holding an event at one of the many hotels in the area including Novotel and Radisson Blu we’ve hired equipment for presentations and awards, including bigger projector screens and speakers and microphones for questions. Bury Lodge is a great little venue for holding events in, we have hired band speakers and projectors for corporate events entertainment and information evenings, it has stunning open wood beams and looks great uplit with our battery lights.
Because we are so close to Stansted for event equipment hire via both the M11 and Bishop’s Stortford we can usually deliver within 30 minutes and are on call to set-up or manage your event.

We provided full power distribution, AV breakout and managed all technical and logistical aspects of the events.
We’ve worked in all the major hotels close to Stansted, including the Radisson Blu, Novotel, Great Hallingbury Manor all of these hotels have great venue spaces for events, conferences and shows. They also provide overnight accommodation for guests and delegates.
Bury Lodge is also a great venue to consider for your event. The barn can hold up to 200 people and features great character with exposed wooden beams. Catering and facilities are also highly recommended with free on site parking.
