No matter what the occasion is we have a sound and lighting solution for all party and celebration events in Harlow Essex and Hertfordshire.  Supplying to many of the wedding venues we have a wide range of easy to setup DIY systems through to fully managed and produced events.  Most of our party systems can be dry hired which means you come and collect, setup the equipment yourself, party and then return after the event.  We supply instructions for most of the Party AV hires such as instructions for how to operate DJ speakers, microphones and mixing desks.  Quite often if you book a DJ or a professional artists they will not bring their own equipment, instead they will give you a rider which is their list of things they need for the event.  Often there is a technical rider which we can match up and provide the equipment. 

Wedding & Funeral Streaming Audio & Video

 

Weddings and funerals can be a popular time to celebrate and often churches and licensed halls only allow a set capacity of people to attend.  

Funeral Audio Relay

For churches with limited inside capacity which includes many in Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford, Standon and the surrounding villages guests are often prioritised for direct family members to sit inside the church leaving friends and work colleagues left outside and unable to see or hear the readings.  We have successfully setup and run relay sound systems which can either interface to the church sound system or strategically placing discrete microphones in the church we can pick up all that is said.  These microphones are mixed and redistributed to wireless speakers outside the grounds of the church for all to hear.

Church Video Relay 

Using our small remotely operated pan tilt zoom cameras we can discretely mount them out of major view and have relayed the images across a field to a community hall where the ceremony was screened on two large screens in a marquee.  For this we relayed both sound and video and provided remote power for the marquee.  Videos can also be streamed onto the internet via YouTube live or other accounts as long as there is a means to connect the internet allowing for remote family members in other countries to be part of the day!

Sure, we are on hand to help either design a bespoke package for you or can suggest pre packages of equipment we stock to ensure congruence between your event style and equipment choice.

Will the equipment be delivered or do I need to collect?

This entirely depends on what you want to do, for small hires we may advise equipment can fit in a car or small van, others we will quote for a large van delivery and collection

Will I need to be technically minded to run the equipment?

For simple items we can provide instructions, however would generally recommend hiring one of our highly skilled technicians for the event. They can ensure the equipment runs at it’s best and are on hand for any issues such as crashes, freezing and things like microphones squealing or volume adjustment.

Church PA systems 

Knowing that some churches have very old sound systems which are often unreliable and cannot cope with the sizes of audiences expected for larger gatherings we are able to hire standalone systems.  In the picture you can just about see the white sticks left and right.  These covered the whole church with ample sound for both the microphones placed on the ceremony table as well as the background music.  We also supplied an audio feed to the camera operator as they were streaming to remote viewers.  It is possible to temporary install speakers for ceremonies inside and outside while using different kinds of microphone both wired and wireless to achieve good coverage.  It is often found that the people conducting the services will not wear microphones as such discrete stand microphones are used to pick up sound in the area.

Corporate and charity parties

This picture is from an event held at The Manor Of Groves hotel.  The charity in question had decided their theme, arranged decoration but needed AV equipment to bring the performers and evening to light.  Featuring an auction as well as various entertainers and a DJ we provided speakers, all lighting and a technician who also managed the projector slides helping to bring continuity to the night.
