The Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro available to hire from us is quite a swiss army knife of HDMI switching production mixer which features software control, optional recording direct out via USB as well as a nifty feature which turns the USB output into a “generic” no software required webcam feed which is discovered by all leading streaming platforms and allows a professional camera or other HDMI feeds to appear to the computer as a general webcam.  Using software the switcher can be set to stream to YouTube, Facebook live, Twitch and others.
