A full digital Bosch / Philips congress AGM microphone setup with 25 delegate microphone / speaker stations.

One station per delegate plus a Chairperson microphone / speaker station(if required).

One station between 2 delegates plus a Chairperson microphone / speaker station(if required). (most popular)

Generally this system is ideal for use up to 50 delegates plus a chairperson.

We can quote to supply fewer stations if required for example a panel of 5 people.

The system allows up to 4 speakers simultaneously which show up live with red rings around the microphone stalks.  Each station has a button to make the microphone live.  The chairperson station has an extra button to allow cancelling of all live microphones to restore order to a conference. All stations feature a speaker which will amplify any other live microphone enabling members to hear those across the table or room.

The master station allows for a recording out line which can be used for an audio recorder to keep as part of AGM meetings, or can be used to feed to a web conference stream such as Teams or Zoom.  Full duplex audio allows the remote users of the webcasting system to hear all those speaking, as well as allowing the remote party to speak and come out the system via each speaker per station.

The system can be setup at a venue and left to self run, or recommended hired with one of our operators who can monitor levels and ensure the system is running at it’s best.
